We aim to deliver products in perfect condition. If you receive an incomplete order, damaged product, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team.
Eligible Return Conditions
You may request a return if:
- The order is incomplete
- The product is damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
Customers must notify Bayskoo Pharma within 7 working days of receiving the order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Returning Non-Defective Products
If you wish to return a product that is not defective, the following conditions apply:
- The product must be unused and unopened
- The product must be in its original packaging
- A 20% restocking fee may be deducted
- The return request must be made within 30 working days of delivery

Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact customer support via WhatsApp or Email.
- Provide your order details and reason for return.
- If the product is damaged or incorrect, please provide a clear unboxing video as proof.
Without an unboxing video, the return request may not be approved.
Return Approval
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return request.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
